CLOTHING WAREHOUSE OPERATOR – GOLENIÓW

Location: Goleniów, Poland (40 km from Szczecin)

Candidates: Women and Men under 50 years old

Salary:

• Standard rate: PLN 25.36 net/hour + bonuses
• Student rate (up to 26 years old): PLN 31.40 net/hour + bonuses

Estimated Monthly Earnings:

• Standard rate: PLN 4,500 – 6,000 net
• Student rate: PLN 5,500 – 7,500 net

Working Hours:

• 178–240 hours per month

Work Schedule:

Standard Season:

• 2 shifts, 8–10 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• Shift hours: 06:00–16:00 and 16:00–02:00
• Rotating days off
• 178–200 working hours per month

Peak Season:

• 2 shifts, 12 hours per day
• 5–7 days per week
• Shift hours: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
• Rotating weekends off
• 200–240 working hours per month

Responsibilities:

Returns Department (ZWROTY)

• Checking products for defects
• Packing returned goods

Receiving Department (RECEIVE)

• Working with a scanner
• Attaching labels and price tags

Order Picking (PICK)

• Working with a scanner
• Collecting products throughout the warehouse

Packing Department (PACK)

• Packing products into bags and cartons for shipment
• Working at packing stations

Products are transported around the warehouse using trolleys.

Requirements:

• Candidates under 50 years old
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage

Bonus System:Bonuses are awarded based on:

• No absenteeism
• Meeting productivity standards (102 items per hour)

Performance results are published daily after each shift.

Accommodation:

• Apartment or hostel accommodation
• 2–3 people per room
• Cost: PLN 750/month deducted from salary
• Refundable deposit: PLN 200 upon arrival

Additional Information:

• Work clothing is provided free of charge
• Female employees must have their own black leggings or tight-fitting black trousers without pockets
• Wearing jewelry inside the warehouse is strictly prohibited
