Overview

Join our dynamic CLM Team and help global clients optimize their contract lifecycle management (CLM) strategies. We are seeking a skilled CLM Analyst/Consultant with hands-on experience in leading CLM platforms such as Icertis, Sirion, and others. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping clients modernize their contracting processes, reduce risk, and improve compliance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries
  • Collaborating with clients legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to gather and analyse requirements
  • Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Configuring CLM platforms or supporting custom development teams
  • Assisting in testing, training, change management, and go-live activities
  • Providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting)
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping
  • Familiarity with contracting challenges in procurement, sales, and legal
  • Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
  • Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modelling
  • Nice-to-have: Understanding of data migration, integration with ERP/CRM systems, and reporting tools
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
  • Nice-to-have: Certifications in CLM tools (e.g., Icertis, Sirion) and project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum)
