In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Provide application support and training to healthcare professionals on Leica Biosystems instruments and consumables.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive product awareness and sales through customer visits, product trials, and samples.
- Conduct on-site and facility-based product demonstrations.
- Analyze and optimize customer lab workflows.
- Participate in seminars and meetings to promote products in line with strategic programs.
- Initiate value stream mapping projects to address specific customer needs.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- BA/BSc in Life Sciences or a related field, or qualification as a Medical Technical Lab Assistant with relevant lab experience.
- Proven experience in the diagnostics or medical devices market.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays, primarily within Poland and occasionally to other European countries or beyond.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Additional Experience (Strong Plus)
- Advanced staining techniques (especially IHC) in clinical, research, or industrial settings; sales experience is a plus.
- Supporting manual and automated staining instruments and related products.
- Demonstrating software applications and presenting solutions to diverse customer audiences.
