ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Managing the order handling process,
• Responding to customer inquiries and solving problems by phone, mail,
• Administrative support - preparing reposts, reviewing documentation,
• Managing and verifying customer data,
• Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders,
• Participation in process improvement projects.

• Fluent knowledge of English and Danish (min. B2/C1),
• Professional experience in the field of administration, customer service, logistics, etc., preferably in a similar position,
• Customer orientation and problem solving,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, work organization,
• Experience in working on ERP systems will be an advantage,
• Availability to work in 2 shifts (8-16:00 and 14-20:00).
