Client Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with English speaking client and client suppliers within MSP programme.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and agreed SLAs.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with assigned client and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and data.
  • Collaborate with back office teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues to maintain trust.
  • Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.

Our requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and strong problem solving skills.
  • Very good presentation skills and experience in delivering online presentations to large audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Advanced level of English (B2+/C1 level).

Optional

  • Experience in MSP/ CMO projects will be strong asset.
