YOUR TASKS

1. Managing virtualized environment based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies
2. Troubleshooting, maintenance and operational support for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environment, including VDI infrastructure
3. Performing typical activities like incident management, service request management and change management

YOUR PROFILE

1. Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure – working knowledge about Desktop Delivery Controller, Storefront, profile management, Citrix policies
2. Deep knowledge about Virtual Desktops troubleshooting
3. Windows Server management
4. GPO management
5. Basic networking
6. Eager to take the initiative, working independently
7. Possessing strong technical and communication abilities

Its not essential, but we appreciate it if you also have:

1. ITSM ServiceNow
2. Powershell scripting
3. Basic knowledge about hypervisors
4. Netscaler LoadBalancing experience
