As part of our business growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to lead upgrade projects in an international environment. This role is opened within the project department of Region 2 (World excluding France, Belgium and Americas) of the Services organization in charge of the management of upgrade projects, including retrofit and supply of new alternator equipment, turbines, auxiliary and control systems. The Senior Project Manager drives the execution of a project or a portfolio of projects to guarantee objectives in terms of safety, quality, timing and financial results.

Role and responsibilities:

• Drive a project or a portfolio of projects with significant organizational impact. Develop and implement action plans aligned to strategy.
• Understand client contract, ensure obligations and protect interests, coordinating with functions.
• Apply Arabelle Solutions processes and project practices.
• Lead the project team, ensure clear roles and interfaces.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, provide support, share ideas.
• Establish and monitor SQDC performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Time, Costs).
• Identify resources and expertise needs, request support from project manager.
• Apply claim strategy with functions, ensuring transparency.
• Participate in negotiations with major suppliers and customers.
• Prepare project reviews for scope of responsibility.
• Identify quality deviations, planning issues, involve functions for corrective & preventive actions.
• Anticipate risks of delays and implement actions to mitigate.

Skills:

• BAC+5 Master of Engineering School or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of managing complex, international, multidisciplinary projects, preferably in the energy production field.
• Experience in executing projects or business in a Russian environment.
• Russian speaking an advantage.
• Knowledge of the nuclear field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Autonomy, ability to work with very little supervision.
• Microsoft Office applications knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
