Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Art QA Analyst to join our QA team, focusing on the Characters Area (Character Art, Character Tech, Monsters, Weapons).

Responsibilities

• Testing new game assets and engine tools.
• Collaborating closely with the QA team and Character Area teams.
• Reporting and verifying game bugs.
• Performing optimization and performance passes.
• Managing bug reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Planning test schedules and creating test cases (using TestRail).
• Monitoring game build stability.
• Debugging encountered issues.

Qualifications

• Perceptiveness — a keen eye for detail!
• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender) and Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of 3D character creation pipelines.
• Familiarity with revision control systems (Perforce, GitHub).
• Passion for art or tech art.
• Proactive attitude and leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking ability.
• Teamwork and ability to work under time pressure.
• Good knowledge of the gaming industry.
• Portfolio showcasing 3D art.
• Passion for games!

Nice to Have

• Experience with TestRail and Jira.
• Ability to conduct performance testing.
• Basic knowledge of skinning and rigging processes.

Working Mode

Hybrid work from Warsaw office.
