For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Change & Communication Manager
Location: Warsaw (Remote) Branch: Big PharmaJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: End of 2025 (at least), first contract for 3-12 monthsRate: 150 - 180 PLN/h + vatStart date: ASAPRemote work: 100%, (Warsaw hybrid preferred)Methodology: Scrum
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CM strategy
- Engage stakeholders
- Develop and implement communication plan
- Monitor progress issues
- Develop strategies to address challenges
- Risk management

What we expect from you:
- 8+ years of experience in Change management
- Identification of Medicinal Products
- PROSCI certificate (or similar)
- Knowledge of PM principles and tools
- Analytical skills
