Obowiązki

• Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform client Finance and Analytics functions.

• Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the Finance function.

• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly.

• Conduct client workshops, Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis & Key Design Decisions .

• Monitor and track deliverables.

• Work with the project team, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance solutions powered by SAP.

• Analyze technical and functional integration requirements and coordinate with the technical/ functional teams.

• Guide the testing cycles across teams as well as identify and perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.

Wymagania

• SAP - accredited or certified experience.

• Demonstrable extensive experience in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.

• Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

• Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation efforts to achieve desired outcomes.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g. S/4 HANA Finance) would be a plus

• Proficiency in English
