We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist who is passionate about smartphones and motivated to join our mission of bringing MAGIC to everyone who shares our vision.

Job Description:

• Responsible for digital marketing activities execution, including social, digital and community operation
• Online and social media community management in cooperation with agency partners (FB/IG/TikTok/YT); Influencer database management
• Tracking hot topics in social media and executing real time marketing
• Coordinate in marketing strategy & campaign plans set-up to ensure campaign and always-on communication
• Coordinate with concerned departments to support internal process, such as marketing budget application, incentive application, acceptance of agency service, etc
• Suggest strategies and methods for improvement
• Regularly track and get insights into competitors strategies
• Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Interest in technology is a plus
• Experience with content management
• Fluency in Polish language is a must
• Experience in smartphone / smart devices industry preferred
• Passion in social media and always stay up to the trendy topics
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Logical thinking and good time-management skills

Work Experience Requirements:

• 5-8 years’ experience in social and digital marketing

Language Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in English language and Polish language
