We're looking for Procurement professional with experience in Strategic Sourcing who will manage HR category on Italian market as well as build strong stakeholder relation.

Project information:

• Type of project: Procurement
• Location: remotely/Kraków ( 1 visit in the office per month)
• Working hours: Mon-Fr/8h per day/start between 8-9 AM
• Languages: English and Italian
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Senior Specialist/Junior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for managing multiple training and professional services subcategories (including HR Recruiting, HR Services, Audit and Financial Services, Legal Services, Tax and Payroll Services) according to the Group and Category Guidelines
• Build strong partnership relation with business stakeholders
• Monitor and report the progress of initiated sourcing and saving initiatives
• Negotiate best prices and ensure the benefits coming from the total cost of ownership
• Manage local contracts - cooperate with Legal, GDPR officer, Cyber security and Business owners

Requirements:

• Professional experience in procurement/sourcing area
• Knowledge and experience in Training and Professional Services field (nice to have)
• Communicate in Italian and English at proficient level
• Strong multiple stakeholder experience
• Practical knowledge of Excel
