Casino Streamers Manager (iGaming) – Evotym. An international, fast‑growing iGaming company based in Latvia, operating two licensed online casino brands.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Casino Streamers Manager to lead streamer and influencer activities across key markets. The role combines communication, negotiation and analytical skills – ideal for someone who understands iGaming audiences and can turn collaborations into measurable results. You will build and manage relationships with streamers, agencies and media partners, ensuring strong performance and consistent alignment with casino brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and manage casino streamers across different regions (EU, LATAM, CIS and others)
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with streamers, agencies and media partners
- Negotiate agreements, bonuses and incentives while keeping within budget
- Align streamer activities with casino brand campaigns, launches and promotions
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse ROI and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate creative materials and ensure visual and communication consistency
- Explore new channels, formats and influencer types to expand brand reach
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing streamers or influencers within iGaming
- Strong understanding of casino products, player behaviour and streaming platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube)
- Experience managing budgets, contracts and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
- Based in Latvia or open to remote collaboration within EU time zones
- Proactive, organised and results‑oriented personality
