We are looking for CAE Engineers to join our Product Design Studio within the Engineering Competency Center, working on various projects from the Aerospace industry. We closely cooperate with Airbus in Toulouse in the areas of design, calculations and research. Our experience is built on participation in the largest projects of the European aviation industry, including Airbus A350, A400M, A320/321 or Beluga. Sii supports major European players in the Aerospace and Defence industries and we’re currently working on expanding our Aerospace offering in Poland.

Your role

Your role
Apply Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques to perform structural analysis of aircraft components and systems, including stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and durability assessmentsConduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze aerodynamic performance, airflow behavior, and thermal management of aircraft configurationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate CAE analysis results into the design process, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvementDevelop and validate CAE models and methodologies to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiencyProvide technical expertise and support to engineers and designers in interpreting CAE results, identifying design constraints, and proposing innovative solutionsCommunicate findings and recommendations through clear and concise reports, presentations, and technical documentation to stakeholders and project teamsYour skills
Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience with CAE software, such as Ansys, Abaqus, or similar tools for structural and/or fluid dynamics analysisProficiency in finite element analysis (FEA), including static and dynamicStrong understanding of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) principles and experience in simulating fluid flow, heat transfer, aerodynamics, or aeroacousticsSolid background in aerospace engineering principles, including aircraft structures, propulsion systems, and materialsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering data and provide practical solutionsEffective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly and convincinglyCommitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of CAE and aerospace engineeringGood English language skillsJob no.240624-GUFVK
