Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team in cloud-native development.
• Oversee networking, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Drive agile, collaborative projects with an international team to deliver impactful solutions.
• Foster a positive team environment and develop the team through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive hiring and business objectives in close collaboration with BU Managers.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Docker, SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and related cloud services.
• Familiarity with nginx, Jenkins, Splunk/ELK (knowledge of Git Enterprise, Prometheus or Grafana is a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Strategic decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.
