Oferujemy

• Completed university studies in e.g., business psychology, sociology, business management, economics, or similar, preferably with a Masters degree. 
• Preferably, 3+ years of coaching / consulting experience in the field of change management and / or agile transformation (incl. agile ways of working, like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). 
• Knowledge of overarching topics such as psychological safety, conflict management, data-driven methods, behavioural experimentation. 
• Strong customer focus and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 
• High level of energy, commitment, proactive way of working, as well as courageous creativity, pronounced thirst for knowledge, and a solutions-oriented drive. 
• Fluency in business English and willingness to travel. Speaking German would be a strong asset.
