Sii Poland is seeking a Business Manager to lead the sales of our comprehensive IT services to clients in the Media & Entertainment industry. As our manager, youll build strong client relationships, provide strategic advice, and support their business objectives. The Media & Entertainment industry is constantly evolving, and we need a Business Manager who can keep up with the latest trends and technologies. responsibilities :
Identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with both domestic and international clients in the Media & Entertainment industry
Contribute to strategic business development initiatives, including the identification and pursuit of new opportunities
Craft compelling proposals and presentations to win new business
Work closely with Siis Competency Centers and Recruitment teams to deliver winning solution
Oversee a team of skilled engineers, ensuring their optimal performance and satisfaction
Recruit top-tier IT talent to meet client demands
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in English – B2 level or higher
Solid grasp of IT concepts and emerging technologies
Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
A strong understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry, including emerging trends and technologies will be an advantage
