Your responsibilities

Identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with both domestic and international clients in the financial industry
Understanding client’s needs and problems, finding solutions to them, and proposing them.
Recruiting the right consultants who will take our collaboration with clients to the next level
Overseeing a team of skilled engineers, ensuring their optimal performance and satisfaction

Our requirements

At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience - however if you don’t have it but feel like you have what it takes, feel free to apply
Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships
Competitiveness and passion for international business focused on building strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients and contributing to Sii’s success
Being a self-driven, proactive, and curious team player who values collaboration and fosters a positive atmosphere
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in English and Polish – C1 level or higher
Curiosity, positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
Residing in Poland required
