Business Development Representative with German (Cybersecurity sector)

Project information:
- Place of work: 100% remotely
- Form of contract: B2B contract (3 days per week/8 hours daily)
- Budget: up to 650 PLN net + Vat daily + additional bonuses
- Project language: German and English
- Contract length: Indefinite / long-term

Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development- Identify, recruit and develop strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors of cyber security solutions.
- Partner Relationship Management- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensure regular follow-up and develop an in-depth understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Channel Strategy-Develop and implement partner channel sales strategies to maximize market penetration and increase revenues.
- Internal collaboration-Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
- Competitive intelligence-Monitor market trends and competition to adapt partnership strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the cyber security or IT sector.
- Fluent level of German and English, any other language is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships, including negotiation, growth strategies development and partner program development.
- Good understanding of cyber security trends, technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at different levels of an organization.
- Strong results-oriented management skills with business acumen and a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in analyzing sales and market data to identify opportunities and propose appropriate strategies.
