We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Warsaw and are on the lookout for a highly skilled Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment Solutions to join our team! If you are passionate about IT outsourcing services, have a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage complex projects and deliver IT specialists or teams to a range of clients, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

-       Lead and drive business development strategies in the IT outsourcing sector.

-       Identify and engage new business opportunities with clients ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises.

-       Manage and close complex sales cycles, delivering IT specialists or full project teams.

-       Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

-       Stay updated on market trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.

-       Responsibility for end to end process from lead generation to signing the contract

-       In partnership with the Resourcing team, identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission

-       Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets

What We’re Looking For:

-       Proven sales experience in IT outsourcing or technology services.

-       Strong understanding of the Polish IT market and the wider European landscape.

-       Ability to discuss and deliver complex IT projects to a variety of business sizes.

-       Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-       Ability to manage multiple client engagements and build deep business relationships.

-       Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English.
