Business Development Manager / Head of ONDE GmbH – German Market
Your responsibilities
- analyzing and mapping the renewable energy market in Germany, including RES projects, clients, competitors, suppliers, and subcontractors;
- actively acquiring new business clients in the German market;
- preparing business plans and offers for clients;
- building a results-oriented and effective cooperation team;
- managing project teams;
- actively promoting the company on the market by participating in client meetings, trade fairs, and business conferences;
- responsibility for achieving budget plans.
Our requirements
- higher education;
- at least 6 years of experience in a similar position, related to acquiring clients in the German market;
- knowledge of the renewable energy market, especially in Germany;
- team management and project management skills;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- high independence, proactive attitude, and focus on cooperation;
- advanced knowledge of the German language;
- knowledge of English and/or Polish at least at an intermediate level;
- driving license;
- availability for frequent business travel within Germany and Poland;
- office locations: Poland (Warsaw, Toruń) and Germany.
