Overview

Business Development Manager (Corporate Accounts) – This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering value to corporate clients across key industry sectors. The successful candidate will expand our corporate accounts portfolio by developing and executing strategies aligned with market trends and business goals, collaborating with regional teams to create value-driven solutions and ensuring sustainable growth.

Location: Ideally based in the central or northern part of Poland (preferably north of the A2 motorway). Regular travel to meet with customers and visit their sites across central and northern Poland is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing corporate customers within targeted industry verticals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with market opportunities to ensure profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with regional, internal, and value-added sales teams to leverage expertise, optimize results, and secure high-value customer agreements.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers; act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding needs, anticipating challenges, and helping them achieve business goals while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel regularly to meet customers and visit sites across central and northern Poland to build face-to-face relationships and gain firsthand understanding of operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors, ideally with corporate customers.
  • Strategic and proactive approach to identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, turning market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix or cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident engaging at multiple organizational levels.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
