Your responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the derma cosmetic and premium cosmetics segment
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics
Managing budgets for sales and business development activities
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives

Our requirements

Experience in sales, business development or account management min. 5 years
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel&Power Point)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Availability to travel abroad in line with business needs
