Base pay range

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support early-stage project activities and transformation efforts across global and regional markets
- Analyze current business processes and design future-state operating models
- Identify unmet customer needs and co-create solution options using design thinking techniques
- Apply structured problem-solving to complex or undefined challenges
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
- Contribute to testing and refining business designs with key stakeholders
- Monitor project execution, report progress, and take ownership of assigned deliverables
- Support operational risk assessment and mitigation throughout the change lifecycle
Required Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and agile/scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with change adoption strategies and transformation frameworks
- Knowledge of business model design, change management, and project delivery best practices
- Awareness of industry trends and business challenges
- Domain expertise in areas such as Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Risk, Operations, Procurement Compliance, or Payments
- Certifications such as PMP, MSP, Prince2, Agile PM are a plus
- Experience with Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in consulting or change initiatives within financial services or large organizations
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and simplify complex processes
- Experience in business transformation and organizational change
- Ability to define business problems and propose data-driven solutions
- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in managing or supporting teams is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and business requirement validation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation experience
