You will be a part of the Information Security Team, whose objective is to ensure the security of all of Arlas primary systems, applications, and data. Your location could be Viby in Denmark or Gdansk in Poland.
As a Business Change Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful management of changes and the seamless adaptation of our business to new ways of working. You will be responsible for handling effective communication, ensuring it reaches the right people at the right time. Specifically, you will lead and drive change management efforts to firmly establish the Information Security Programme throughout Arla. Your responsibilities will include:
In this role, you will leverage your robust communication and relationship-building skills. Given the collaborative nature of the position across the entire Arla organization, proficiency in influencing, effective communication, and working seamlessly with all organizational levels will be essential.
You will excel in this role if you bring years of experience in a comparable position within business change management. Your expertise spans impact analysis, communication, and training, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set. With a structured approach and a high level of drive, you are used to working with projects facilitated by IT, particularly Security transformation programs. Your proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is fluent, further enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to our team.
