Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with one of selected Client departments (examples: Finance, Supply Chain, Quality & Operations, Health, Safety, and Environment). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Experience with Power BI is nice to have / or similar data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Client stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support department objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of domain‑related initiatives and projects.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools).
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in above‑mentioned domains.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of domain process / regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
