We will count on you to:
Lead analytical/improvement projects supporting various areas of business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and map the end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization
Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation
Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements
Provide ad-hoc support for projects and initiatives where problem-solving and/or analytical skills are needed
What you need to have:
Very strong analytical skills and proactive can-do attitude
Proven experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and process improvement
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management skills, with the ability to lead and drive process improvement initiatives
Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
What makes you stand out:
Experience from the Insurance or SSC/BPO sector
Lean Six Sigma
Other European languages
