Business Analyst (Guidewire)

Rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/h
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Guidewire platform (ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter).
Collaborate with development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.
Support testing activities by validating that delivered functionality aligns with business expectations.
Monitor system changes and assess their impact on business processes.
Participate in system configuration and parameterization efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably in the insurance domain.
Hands‑on experience with at least one Guidewire module: ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or PolicyCenter.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate it into system requirements.
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in creating analytical and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have:
Guidewire certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Configuration Specialist).
Experience in insurance or financial systems.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Enterprise Architect.
