• Analyze and understand business requirements within the energy trading and risk management (ETRM) domain
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation to support project management and development processes
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of objectives and solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Coral)
• Proven ability to create and manage comprehensive project documentation
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with IT departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent English skills

• Rate up to 150,00 PLN/h + VAT
