We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :) People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world. For the project that we are working on with our client, we are looking for Business Analyst (full or part time). Requirements that must be met: Stron experience as Business Analyst Experience and knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry Skills in the analysis and preparation of business requirements on the basis of business processes in the following areas (in an EPC context): - Project Management, - Sales & Proposals - Process Engineering - Detailed Engineering - Construction, Commissioning, Plant Handover. Nice to have - knowledge of EPC industry standards: - Advanced Work Packaging (AWP practices for Construction) - CFIHOS (Capital Facility Information HandOver Specification Very good English and Polish A good understanding of complex End-to-End processes is welcome, in our case Material Management is of great importance to us due to its criticality and dependencies with other disciplines in the project.
