- IT-based university degree or comparable qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Professional experience as a business analyst
- Analytical, process-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and reliability
- Fluent in English
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems is a plus
- Experience in implementation and support projects for ERP, CRM or MES systems is a plus
- Knowledge in project management, including resource, time, and risk management is a plus
