• Independently collaborate with clients, leading teams of business analysts during software implementation projects, while managing internal and external stakeholders.

The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) Process Stream comprises over 60 members. We support clients (mostly in the financial services industry) in their operations in an increasingly challenging business environment – global economic uncertainty, ramped-up regulatory and legal requirements, as well as unprecedented operational and technological headwinds. We help clients transform their processes and operating models by implementing strategies meant to reduce operational complexity through streamlining processes, optimization of technology and efficient use of resources.
