What you´ll do
- Drive brand performance by achieving key KPIs such as Net Sales, Market Shares, and profitability growth.
- Position brands and products in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Manage the product portfolio comprehensively, including launches, relaunches, and lifecycle planning.
- Develop, recommend, and execute marketing support plans with a strong emphasis on digital initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance brand performance.
- Oversee P&L management, including responsibility for the marketing budget.
- Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company.
- Work closely with ATL and BTL agencies, research firms, and other external partners to create and implement impactful advertising campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- Manage resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives.
- Lead local Insight generation actions and programs.
What makes you a good fit
- Educational Background: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in brand management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Polish.
- Core Competencies: A blend of creativity, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional project management skills.
- Drive and Initiative: A high level of ambition, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Team Orientation: A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Digital Expertise: Proven ability to leverage digital tools and strategies effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities, coupled with the ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
