• For our client – a leading manufacturer of industrial automation and IT solutions – we are looking for a candidate for the position of BI Analyst

• Analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data sources
• Identifying trends and patterns to support business decision-making
• Creating reports, dashboards and forecasts using business data and market insights
• Designing specifications for data analysis and reporting tools based on business needs
• Providing consultation and possibly leading cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
• Producing datasets and reports using system reporting tools

• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• B2B contract
• Rate: 100–120 PLN net/h
• Hybrid work: 1–3 days/week in the Katowice office
