Overall responsibility to maintain company benefit programs for Poland and The Baltics, including health insurance, life insurance and car benefit
Communicate with service providers (e.g. insurance company, car lease company) and provide them with inputs. Responsible for invoice checks and approvals.
Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility, includes relevant paper work
Inform employees of their benefit options and plans and monitor usage
Collaborate with payroll for payments and deductions that re lates to benefits processing

Wymagania
Proven experience as HR or benefits specialist
Strong skills in MS Excel
Understanding of data recording and analysis
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent English and Polish is a requirement
Attention to detail
Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations
