Benchmarking Program Coordinator
Are you a highly organized and analytical professional with a passion for optimizing capital projects? We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our global benchmarking and procurement initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a global benchmarking database: Develop and manage a central repository of project cost data for projects and partners.
- Analyze data and provide insights: Identify trends, make recommendations, and support procurement in maximizing purchasing power.
- Drive cost management best practices: Advise the wider team on best practices.
- Analyze project data: Review project cost plans, procurement plans, and closeout reports to identify sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with project teams, partners, procurement, and other stakeholders across multiple time zones (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Support procurement activities: Assist with bundle procurement and furniture/flooring programs.
- Report on KPIs and drive improvements: Track progress, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to overall savings targets.
- Communicate effectively: Ensure efficient and consistent client communication.
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Significant experience in cost management/quantity surveying for construction projects, including capital project forecasting.
- Strong data analytics and financial acumen.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Client relationship management capabilities.
| Understanding of real estate service lines and support functions. | - Experience working within a Global Account with a US-based/led team preferred.
- Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple demands, and influence at a senior level.
- Power BI knowledge is an asset.
