Permament job offer.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Ensure all security documentation is complete, accurate, and legally enforceable, enabling effective collateral enforcement when required
- Process commercial real estate and commercial loan documentation in line with agreed timelines and quality standards
- Accept and monitor securities, including follow‑ups on incomplete documentation, audit findings, and exceptions identified by the Collateral Compliance Department (CCD)
- Manage the handover of securities, ensuring full and correct documentation at the point of acceptance
- Capture, register, and archive all security‑related documentation in relevant systems
- Issue, record, reconcile, and process guarantees and letters of intent in accordance with established procedures
- Coordinate the dispatch of security documents and ensure receipt acknowledgements from counterparties
- Adhere to procedures related to the acceptance, registration, issuance, safe‑keeping, and cost recovery of custody items
- Monitor assigned transactions and ensure timely completion
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
- Provide daily reporting on processed activities and transactions
WYMAGANIA:
- Fluency in German and English (min. B2)
- Previous experience in wholesale banking, structured finance, or commercial real estate finance (preferred)
- Understanding of complex syndicated loan structures
- Knowledge of relevant banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
- Customer‑ and service‑oriented mindset
