Were seeking an Azure Scrum Master to join our team. Youll ensure efficient tracking, prioritization, and delivery of tasks while maintaining the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Engagement Manager, youll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to establish and execute hybrid agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement and removing impediments.Responsibilities:- Understand and prioritize customer requirements- Manage backlog health and oversee agile ceremonies- Facilitate communication between customers and engineering teams- Administer project tools and provide management reporting- Foster customer relationships and advocate for Azure adoption- Collaborate with Azure and application teams for consistent cloud adoption
Requirements:- Certified Scrum Master with experience in large-scale deployments- Strong communication and presentation skills- Consulting experience in Financial Services or similar sectors- Proficiency in Azure services and cloud adoption strategies- Industry-recognized certifications and technical knowledge in AzureDesired Qualifications:- Experience in highly regulated industries- Deep understanding of Azure technology services
