Must-Have Skillsets:

1. Education and Experience:
   
   • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development.
   • Proven experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
   • Experience with serverless architectures and services like AWS Lambda.
   • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).
   • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS.
   • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
   • Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements on AWS.
3. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skillsets:

1. AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
2. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
4. Experience with data processing and analytics services like AWS Glue, Redshift, or Athena.
