We provide those answers by working at the crossroads of the law and new technology, helping Google build innovative and important products for users around the world.Minimum qualifications:Polish law degree such as an LL.M or equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experienceLegal experience from a law firm or as an in-house lawyer, with a focus on IT, internet, online media, and telecommunications related issuesAbility to speak and write in English and Polish fluentlyPreferred qualifications:Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadlinesAbility to work on a broad variety of matters and issuesExcellent communication skills and highly team-oriented Advise Marketing, Sales, HR, and finance teams on a diverse range of aspects of Polish law, including intellectual property, consumer regulations, media regulations, advertising law, data protection, and employment law.Respond to various legal requests from users and third parties in relation to Google services.Assist with the management of the Polish litigation portfolio.Review, draft, and facilitate agreements.Work with external legal counsel on specific matters ranging from litigation to expert advice requests.
