As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a cloud operations team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a multi-account Azure environment. You’ll be hands-on with DevOps tools, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and support deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and security protocols. This role includes opportunities to build automation that improves system reliability and developer productivity.

responsibilities :
Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance.
Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely manner.
Perform routine operational tasks, including system health checks and maintenance.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Participate in problem management by identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
Support change management processes, including assessing and implementing approved changes.
Document operational procedures, resolutions, and updates to knowledge base articles.
Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of cloud resources.
