We are helping them scale their Krakow office.
  • As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer, you will join a cloud operations team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a multi-account Azure environment. You’ll be hands-on with DevOps tools, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and support deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and security protocols. This role includes opportunities to build automation that improves system reliability and developer productivity.

responsibilities :


  • Monitor cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine operational tasks, including system health checks and maintenance.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in problem management by identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
  • Support change management processes, including assessing and implementing approved changes.
  • Document operational procedures, resolutions, and updates to knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of cloud resources.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies across cloud environments.

  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components, such as servers, networking, and storage.

  • Monitoring of system performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud issues.
