Who Youll Work With

You’ll be collaborating closely with EA Manager, Team Leaders, and stakeholders. Youll ensure professional service delivery and good firm stewardship by securing workforce at appropriate levels with appropriate skills and optimizing service delivery through continuous improvements. Youll build dynamic, engaged and highly specialized teams by attracting and developing exceptional talent and enabling colleagues to provide best in class partnership to the firm and clients.

Your impact within our firm

You’ll oversee all operation-related activities in the Assistant SL. You’ll monitor service levels and develop SL to ensure delivery of world-class service. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning for the SLs growth and development as well as sharing/implementing best practices.

Additionally, you’ll oversee EA staffing processes for teams in India and develop a deep understanding of SL’s staffing landscape, demand drivers and attrition needed to anticipate hiring needs.

You’ll lead recruiting efforts to maintain adequate staffing levels and match qualified candidates to local needs; contribute to hiring decisions.

You’ll oversee all personnel-related issues in the SL. You’ll lead, motivate and mentor team members to enhance their effectiveness and overall job satisfaction.

You’ll oversee Team Leaders development and performance management. You’ll lead, motivate and coach them to enhance their effectiveness and job satisfaction.

Furthermore, you’ll support team leaders to assess team members development needs and arrange individualized or group-based trainings as well as ensure timely and thorough performance evaluations

You’ll support team members in conceptual and project management issues as needed. You’ll act as a liaison between the SL and internal customers/senior leadership.

Lastly, you’ll assist the EA Manager with development and implementation of strategic initiatives of the SL and take an active role in the professional community locally, regionally, and globally.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 3+ years in a service operations role
  • Experience leading teams
  • Excellent relevant professional knowledge, plus excellent grasp of department and firm operations (or comparable knowledge)
  • Excellent and extensive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, incl. excellent ability to manage multiple team members as well as projects simultaneously and over longer timelines
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build partnerships and to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people to meet shared objectives
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and to deliver customer-centric solutions
