Technical & Strategic Expertise: Apply strong technical and professional knowledge to guide decisions and align team objectives with broader business strategies.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Identify and implement opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process optimization while minimizing risks and strengthening controls.
Team Development & Training: Deliver training programs to support staff growth, technological proficiency, and adoption of best practices.

WYMAGANIA:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience with relevant certifications also considered.
Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the banking sector in roles such as Project Analyst, Asset Servicing Specialist, or Data Analyst preferred.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing. Skilled in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
