Area Technical and Sales Manager Swine

Your responsibilities

MISSION:

As the Regional Technical Support and Sales Manager for Swine, you will be responsible for achieving our development objectives within the ADM Animal Nutrition domain. This entails various tasks, including farm scouting, sales, product launches, the development of customized premix solutions, technical advice, nutritional support, and the formulation of swine rations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development and Sales:

•Attracting new customers and promoting sales growth.

•Implementing budgets.

•Proposing development projects to enhance our product offerings.

•Collaborating with the global ADM team and participating in global meetings when necessary.

•Cooperating with other ADM team members to support the companys development.

Technical Support and Product Management:

•Offering technical support to customers in the areas of nutrition and the selection of premixes and other animal nutrition products.

•Conducting audits, diet formulation, and providing farm management support.

•Enhancing technical outcomes on farms.

•Regularly assessing customer needs through frequent visits to breeders.

•Utilizing internal support tools.

Division of working time

  • 90% remote
  • 10% office

Our requirements

  • The ideal candidate holds a higher education degree, postgraduate education, and a doctorate in fields such as zootechnics, agro, or veterinary medicine. Additionally, they should have at least 5-10 years of experience in the premixes industry, with a preference for hands-on experience in feeding swine at the farm level. The ideal candidate should be innovative and eager to further develop their skills. Effective communication and a willingness to share knowledge are also important attributes. The role involves mobile work within the designated area (approximately 85%), with the remaining 15% dedicated to administrative work within the office or plant.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and a valid drivers license are also required.
