Strategic development of sales activities within Poland or the assigned region
Identifying and acquiring new clients in the segment of small and medium-sized transport and logistics companies
Comprehensive commercial activities, including the purchase, sale, and rental of trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers according to customers' individual needs
Conducting business negotiations, contract signing, and setting business terms in line with internal policies and legal regulations
Preparing technical specifications for trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers based on customer requirements
Preparing price offers for financing transport equipment through financial or operational leasing
Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty
Monitoring clients' financial discipline – regular payment control for provided services
Reporting business results and key performance indicators directly to company management (CEO)
Working with a CRM system and other internal systems
Employer requirements
Willingness to travel to Austria at least twice a week and work three days in the field across Poland
Proven experience in active sales, ideally in the field of trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, or other transport equipment sales
Experience in the B2B segment – ability to communicate with corporate clients and negotiate business terms at a professional level
English language – communicative level, German language – is an advantage
Excellent sales and communication skills, proactive customer approach, and ability to identify new business opportunities
Knowledge of financial and operational leasing is an advantage
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategy to maximize sales results
Independence, strong organizational skills, and strategic thinking in planning and executing business activities
