Job Purpose

As an Area Facility Manager – Technical (HVAC), you will manage technical FM services at tactical and operational levels, leading a team and service providers to deliver FM objectives with a focus on HVAC systems and related technical infrastructure.

Your Tasks

• Ensure optimal functionality of building HVAC systems, ventilation, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Oversee vendors and maintenance staff; manage contractors and third parties through KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare performance dialogues with Facility Management Teams and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance on operating and capital budgets for facilities.
• Provide efficient, high‑quality technical service that meets business and external needs.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and data integrity for technical FM aspects.
• Identify and implement technical savings initiatives.
• Coordinate routine inspections and required technical services.
• Oversee non‑construction projects and recommend projects that enhance property value.
• Administer environmental programs with the EH&S Manager, ensuring adherence to Corporate Risk Management policies and insurance requirements.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers and facility staff.
• Handle A/P invoice payments for technical facility costs.
• Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.
• Respond to after‑hours facility emergencies.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably HVAC or related field.
• Facilities Management or HVAC service certifications are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities, including construction project management, space planning, and FM.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, mechanical systems and BMS.
• Experience in vendor management, budgets, preventive maintenance, and project management.
• Skilled problem solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
