For one of our clients, a global company operating in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for an AR Accountant with Spanish to support the finance team in managing accounts receivable, monitoring payments, and collaborating with customers and business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in AR accounting or SSC/BPO environments who would like to work in a dynamic, international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating accounts receivable records and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Posting cash receipts and reconciling incoming payments with customer accounts.
• Monitoring and analysing AR balances and investigating discrepancies.
• Tracking payment due dates and conducting collection activities.
• Communicating with customers regarding current and overdue invoices.
• Supporting Cash Collection and Credit Control processes.
• Cooperating closely with Billing, Sales, and other business teams.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Preparing AR-related reports and analyses.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and ERP implementation/development projects.
• Creating and updating process documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting.
• Previous experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Cash Collection and Credit Control processes.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good command of Spanish.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
