Join our team as Applications Administrator - Financial Systems responsible for managing and optimizing our financial systems, including Oracle NetSuite and others. Youll serve as the main technical point of contact, ensuring system integrity, performance, and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and configure financial tools: Oracle NetSuite, Yooz, Kyriba, Fastfour and others - serve as the primary technical point of contact at the group level.
Administer above applications (access management, service monitoring).
Manage application architecture documentation aligned with IFRS, applicable GAAP, ISO 27000 and good security practices.
Install, integrate, and validate new applications, ensuring data consistency and access control.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Expertise in Oracle NetSuite management or similar;
3+ years of relevant experience in an international IT setting.
Strong English skills; French is a plus.
Preferred:
knowledge of Yooz, Kyriba, or Fastfour is advantageous.
Background in IT architecture, data management, IT operations, and project delivery.
Expertise in reporting SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, etc. is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing complex, multicultural projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with frameworks like Prince2, ITIL, or Agile is a plus.
