Application Management / Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for internal and third-party applications,
- Cooperate daily with Development, Business, Vendor, Infrastructure, and Database teams,
- Work in line with ITIL best practices (incident management, work orders, change management, problem-solving, etc.),
- Drive and coordinate maintenance activities, including software upgrades, license renewals, certificate renewals, hardware management, infrastructure patching, vulnerability assessments, migrations, and disaster recovery tests,
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to supported applications and their components,
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for technological infrastructure, software, and equipment,
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, and project discussions.
Our requirements
- Willingness to learn new technologies,
- Experience in the IT industry,
- Background in DevOps/IT Specialist/IT Infrastructure/IT Application Operations/2nd line support,
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its practical implementation,
- Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies,
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (Ansible, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket/GitHub),
- A focus on maintenance and continuous improvement of supported applications,
- Strong organizational skills,
- A proactive problem-solving attitude.
