Salary: 51.000 - 91.000 € per year

• We hold a degree in Electrical Engineering from a technical college or university, or we have an equivalent qualification.
• We have experience in protection systems, including basic knowledge of IEC 61850, which is an advantage.
• We are fluent in Polish and have good English skills.
• We have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• We have analytical thinking and the ability to work across processes and structures.
• We are passionate about new technologies, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• We provide application-based knowledge to support our customers.
• We prepare and deliver presentations for events, trainings, workshops, webinars, and similar formats.
• We conduct onsite and online trainings and technical demonstrations.
• We proactively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and user meetings.
• We publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material.
• We act as trusted technical advisors for our customers.
• We work closely with our international marketing and sales team and support technical inquiries.
• We act as knowledge providers and interfaces within our organization.
• We provide customer feedback within our organization.
• We contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services.
• We work with reporting and strategic development tools such as MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI Tools.
